About the UAI List

The UAI List is a private list open only to current UAI members worldwide. The purpose of the List is for members of the UAI to communicate matters concerning the operation of their local or national association and items of interest and benefit to all participants. It is hoped that on-topic and cordial communication among subscribers will be observed.

Membership on the list is not automatic. New UAI members are to be advised of the availability of this communication vehicle and advise UAI of their desire to be placed on this list. To subscribe send an email asking to be subscribed to the UAI List, including your name and the Urantia Association you are a member of. Send your request email from the address you want to be subscribed from. Third party requests to subscribe someone else to the list are not permitted.

UAI List Guidelines

1. Notice of UAI conferences, seminars, symposiums, or special occasions are encouraged.

2. The President of UAI and the Chairman of RC are responsible for publishing the principal decisions of ISB and RC on this list.

3. Only requests for funds for UAI, Urantia Foundation, and related service projects are allowed.

4. Messages submitted to UAI list are limited to 1000 KB (1 MB) in size. Small attachments are allowed.

5. The privacy of UAI list members is essential. If you want to share the words of a member with people who are not on the list, please ask the UAI member for permission.

6. Civility is required. Personal attacks upon the character, personality, heritage, beliefs or motives of a UAI member are not allowed.

7. If a breach of the UAI rules occurs, the member in violation will be sent a private post regarding the violation and will be asked that postings in violation cease. If further violations occur, the member cited will be removed from the UAI list for a time-period determined by the UAI list moderators.

8. Policies, plans or procedures of any other group or organisation are not allowed.

9. Postings for non-members or suspended members are not allowed. Re-postings and double postings are to be kept to a minimum.
